For prescription sunglasses, we don’t offer standard returns, but we’ll work closely with you to resolve any issues. Your comfort is our top priority.
How long does processing and shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.If you’ve ordered prescription lenses, please allow 5-7 business days for lens customization before shipping.
All orders ship from the U.S., and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order goes out.
